William Bostic

President / Principal

As President and Founder of Axis Construction Mgmt., Bill provides leadership and direction for Construction Management, General Contracting, and Project Management.

Bill's fifteen years of construction experience include a former position as Senior Project Manager and Director of Business Development for a prominent design/build firm in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania with extensive experience in high end office design and construction. Bill has orchestrated a wide variety of building campaigns for major sized projects throughout Pennsylvania, Delaware, and Florida and leads the Axis team with vision and tenacity that demands loyalty.

Bill is a member of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). Bill holds a Degree in Business Management and Construction Technology.

Gary K. Williams

Vice President / Principal

As Vice President and Principal for Axis, as well as a former VP of a large financial services firm, Gary brings more than 25 years of construction, design and management experience to the company.

Gary provides visionary insight and expertise in relationships with clients, architects and consultants, ensuring that all contractural obligations are satisfied.

Gary is an award-winning board member of the Associated Builders & Contractors (ABC) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and sits on the board of The Pathway School in Norristown, PA. He holds a B.S. Degree in Business Management and Construction Technologies.

Steve Finkelstein

Director of Operations

As Director of Operations, Steve is responsible for the overall construction management process. He works closely with each job's project manager and superintendent, and brings more than 30 years of experience, leadership and organization to the team. Steve has been directly involved in every aspect of construction, from scheduling and design phase coordination to cost engineering and overall field supervision. His experience includes projects large and small, from multi-phase retail complexes in excess of 500K SF to Tenant Occupied renovations for office and hospitality environments.

Steve holds an MBA in Organizational Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. He is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.

Bob Emery

Chief Estimator

Robert serves as Axis' Chief Estimator. His experience in the Philadelphia Construction Market spans over thirty years; working with the R.M. Shoemaker Co., Daniel J. Keating Co., Intech Construction Co. Bovis Lend Lease and Norwood Company.
