As Director of Operations, Steve is responsible for the overall construction management process. He works closely with each job’s project manager and superintendent and brings more than 35 years of experience, leadership and organization to the team. Steve has been directly involved in every aspect of construction, from scheduling and design phase coordination to cost engineering and overall field supervision. His experience includes projects large and small, including but not limited to, multi-phase retail complexes in excess of 500,000 Square Feet, complex medical environments, and tenant occupied renovations for office and hospitality environments.
Steve holds and MBA in Organizational Development from Drexel University and a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from Penn State University. He is a member of Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc.
