A private Philadelphia based developer negotiated directly with Axis Construction Management, LLC to assist at the start of this project during the real estate pro-forma process, pre-construction and, estimating efforts. During building design, by the Developer and Architect, Axis’ estimating department provided multi-staged price models and value engineering suggestions to maintain overall budget parameters
